About Briarhurst Manor Estate
Only a few minutes drive west of Colorado Springs, The Briarhurst Manor is located in the
tiny valley of Manitou Springs. The stately Victorian Manor House was build in 1876
by the founder of Manitou Springs, Dr. William Bell, of London, England.
Briarhurst Manor Estate is a full service restaurant and we serve the finest Colorado
Cuisine in an amazing atmosphere with spectacular views of Pike's Peak, very close to
Garden of the Gods.
We offer A La Carte dining, children's menu, banquet menus, and dining rooms that are
available for private parties for any occasion. We are the perfect location for Wedding
Receptions and have beautiful outdoor sites for Ceremonies with 5 secluded acres of
lawns and gardens and Rocky Mountains as background complete with a Victorian
English Country Manor Estate.
Our Restaurant seats up to 500 guests features casual yet elegant dining in 9 intimate rooms, an extensive
menu & wine list,complete 5-course dinners featuring domestic & game meats, fresh seafood,
pastas, poultry, specialty salads, vegetarian,& hand crafted desserts.
The finely grained pink sandstone Tudor Manor displays the architectues and landscaping
of an English Country House, complete with the bubbling Fountain Creek passing through
the estate and offers an unrivaled view of Pike's Peak.
